Yes—SoundPoint is primarily virtual. Most clients work with us fully online from start to finish. Limited in-person meetings may be available in Tacoma, and occasionally in Puerto Vallarta.

After your first call, we’ll provide a simple, personalized checklist based on your situation (W-2s/1099s, prior-year return, and any key life changes). If you’re not sure what applies, that’s okay—we’ll guide you.

We’ll send you a secure portal link after your first call. You’ll upload documents there and can access your completed return and signed forms in the same place.

Timing depends on complexity and how quickly documents are provided. We’ll set expectations after your first call and keep you updated if anything changes.
